Se amable y compasivo contigo mismo. Es importante que comi\u00e9nces a cortar un poco con la culpa. Se gentil, amable e indulgente contigo mismo, perd\u00f3nate. Entiende que en un momento dado, siempre has hecho lo mejor que has podido. Nadie es perfecto. Todo el mundo comete errores. Lo m\u00e1s importante es aprender de esas experiencias y seguir adelante. Un error no define qui\u00e9n eres. Eso fue s\u00f3lo un momento en el tiempo que ahora est\u00e1 en el pasado. Esa es la clave para recordar que el pasado ha terminado. Este es el presente y es el \u00fanico momento en el que realmente t\u00fa est\u00e1s viviendo.<\/p>\n<p>2. Se constante en el cuidado contigo mismo. Esto incluye tener una percepci\u00f3n positiva de ti mismo en tu charla interna.  El ser positivo, te apoya en tus esfuerzos. Esto implica callar en nosotros esa cr\u00edtica interna que aparece de vez en cuando. Creer en uno mismo es una de las primeras fichas de domin\u00f3 que necesita impulso en tu camino hacia el \u00e9xito. Tambi\u00e9n significa tener h\u00e1bitos alimenticios saludables, hacer ejercicio y seguir adelante con tus metas. No creo que yo pueda hacer suficiente hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia que tiene contar contigo mismo constantemente.<\/p>\n<p>1. Ponte l\u00edmites. Si\u00e9ntete c\u00f3modo al poner primero tus necesidades. Ten un alto nivel de auto-compromiso para que no haya ninguna diferencia con qu\u00e9 o qui\u00e9n se te presente. Este tipo de comportamiento saludable hace que sea f\u00e1cil respetarte a ti mismo y a tus compromisos. Respeta tus deseos y necesidades y cuida primero de ti mismo. En los aviones siempre dicen que te pongas primero la m\u00e1scara de ox\u00edgeno a ti mismo antes de ayudar a alguien m\u00e1s. Esta misma forma de pensar se puede aplicar en nuestra vida cotidiana. Se capaz de contar contigo mismo. Tienes que amarte a ti mismo antes de poder amar y ayudar a cualquier otra persona.
