Es mejor abrazar la incertidumbre y en todo caso, estar emocionado por las cosas buenas que puede traer el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>2. La preocupaci\u00f3n y el pesimismo pueden causar estancamiento. Eso es porque imaginar todas las cosas terribles que podr\u00edan ocurrir puede paralizarte de miedo. Puede hacer que tengas demasiado miedo, demasiada ansiedad, para tomar una acci\u00f3n que puede terminar con resultados negativos. Tener una mentalidad racionalmente positiva solo puede ayudarte a hacer que sucedan cosas positivas en tu vida.<\/p>\n<p>3. Si te enfocas demasiado en las historias desastrosas que crea tu mente, puedes llegar a creer en ellas, aunque sea un escenario posible entre millones. Conc\u00e9ntrate en lo que sabes y practica estar en el presente.
