En realidad pueden no serlo.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante entender que nuestra mente no procesa ni la informaci\u00f3n ni las emociones sin un filtro. Esos filtros tienden a basarse a trav\u00e9s de las experiencias pasadas que hemos vivido.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, por ejemplo, si \u00e9ramos molestados por los hermanos cuando \u00e9ramos ni\u00f1os y nos dec\u00edan constantemente que \u00e9ramos feos y que a nadie le gust\u00e1bamos, adivina qu\u00e9, hay una alta probabilidad de que en la edad adulta, a\u00fan se conserven esas creencias.<\/p>\n<p>No importa si eres una persona incre\u00edble, bella, inteligente y simp\u00e1tica porque no lo puedes ver. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque las palabras de otra persona lograron echar ra\u00edces en tu mente.Por desgracia, tu mente las hizo suyas.<\/p>\n<p>No pienses que las cosas que experimentas en la infancia a una edad temprana o ya siendo adulto joven ya no te afectan porque si lo hacen. Siempre existe esa parte de nuestra mente que en una fracci\u00f3n de segundo quiere regresar al pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando esto sucede, es posible que no visualices literalmente un momento del pasado, pero lo m\u00e1s probable es que tu mente vuelva a un sentimiento o a una emoci\u00f3n que no le sirve.<\/p>\n<p>Hay una parte de nuestra mente que siempre hace referencia a la biblioteca que est\u00e1 en nuestra mente. Es por eso que es importante que prestes atenci\u00f3n a la clase de pensamientos que tu mente genera.<\/p>\n<p>Piensa en tu mente como si fuera un jard\u00edn. De vez en cuando, es necesario sacar algunas malas hierbas que en este caso son los pensamientos limitantes y se deben cuidar las formas positivas de pensar (bellas plantas) que son las que en \u00faltima instancia dar\u00e1n como resultado las cosas que quieres en la vida (bellas flores). Para algunos, el resultado final podr\u00eda ser el amor por uno mismo, que puede incluir las imperfecciones f\u00edsicas de tu cuerpo y de todo. Incluso podr\u00eda tratarse del \u00e9xito en tu carrera que te conduzca a la abundancia o a alguna otra cosa. No importa la meta, tu mente, al igual que las ra\u00edces de una planta crece, debe estar en la mejor condici\u00f3n para apoyar tu \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>Ten en cuenta que la vida no se trata de sobrevivir, se trata de vivir la calidad de vida que deseas vivir y todo comienza en tu mente.
