Pr\u00e1cticamente todos tenemos al menos un familiar o persona cercana a nosotros que sabe c\u00f3mo hacernos saltar. Bien sea con peque\u00f1os comentarios malintencionados, expresiones faciales desagradables o comentarios a tus espaldas, todos nosotros tenemos personas cercanas que saben como hacernos da\u00f1o. A\u00f1ade a esto el momento que estamos viviendo de agitaci\u00f3n en nuestro pais debido a las elecciones con una gran division y tienes el clima perfecto para que tus vacaciones en familia acaben en grandes discusiones. Aqu\u00ed tienes un consejo que le doy muy a menudo a mis clientes sobre c\u00f3mo lidiar con ciertos familiares o amigos de la familia durante las fiestas: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando est\u00e1s en cualquier situaci\u00f3n social con un grupo de personas que no son siempre las ideales, tienes que entender que <\/span><b>no tienes control sobre las acciones de otras personas. \u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No podemos impedir a la gente que haga lo que vaya a hacer. La realidad es que muy poca gente tienen en cuenta las consecuencias que sus actos van a tener. Estas personas est\u00e1n a merced de viejos patrones de conducta pero estas personas no son t\u00fa. T\u00fa eres t\u00fa. El foco de control est\u00e1 dentro de t\u00ed y en cualquier situaci\u00f3n puedes elegir entre reaccionar o responder. Cuando eliges responder, est\u00e1s dentro de tu zona de control, no pierdes tu poder, porque tu conducta est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea con lo que es bueno para t\u00ed. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al darle a otros permiso para ser simplemente como son, te permites mantenerte en tu linea, calmado, en control y sereno. Al darle a otros permiso para ser como son (gente como tu t\u00edo el bocazas o tu hermana la sabelotodo) recuperas tu poder. \u00c9l o ella ya no tienen la habilidad de invadir tus emociones produciendo comportamientos no deseados. Al darle a otro permiso para ser como son, evitas tener que saltar y actuar porque internamente ya les has perdonado su falta de empat\u00eda social. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perdonar a otros no es darles tu aprobaci\u00f3n, sino que simplemente te libera de la responsabilidad de intentar cambiar o arreglar algo en una persona cuando son ellos mismos los \u00fanicos que pueden cambiarlo o arreglarlo. Al permitir a alguien poder ser lo que son sin m\u00e1s, est\u00e1s reestructurando tu mente, est\u00e1s revisando tu percepci\u00f3n y por esto mismo, est\u00e1s retomando tu propio poder.
