Despi\u00e9rtate temprano para que puedas realizar todas tus actividades matutinas sin estar estresado. Puedes reservar 10 minutos cada ma\u00f1ana para meditar y visualizar tus metas diarias y a largo plazo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li>\u00a0Combate el estr\u00e9s mediante la pr\u00e1ctica de h\u00e1bitos saludables.
