Porque la persona promedio intenta hacer cambios bas\u00e1ndose en su fuerza de voluntad. La fuerza de voluntad es simplemente una breve explosi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. No dura demasiado y una vez que se va, ya no la tienes. Y as\u00ed es hasta la siguiente vez que tomas la decisi\u00f3n de volver por el buen camino y perder peso. Esto acaba normalmente siendo el principio de otro ciclo fallido. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque est\u00e1s intentando crear cambios duraderos desde el lugar equivocado.<\/p>\n<p>Tu mente subconsciente es la parte de la mente con la que tienes que contar, porque es la parte de la mente que realmente dirige el show. Es donde todos tus h\u00e1bitos, patrones y emociones fundamentales residen. Tu mente consciente puede estar teniendo los pensamientos m\u00e1s l\u00f3gicos y racionales como: necesito comer comidas saludables y no comer  comida basura, pero, si tu mente subconsciente est\u00e1 pensando por ejemplo que las comidas muy cal\u00f3ricas son igual a confort, \u00bfsabes entonces qu\u00e9 pasa? La pr\u00f3xima vez que te estreses vas a consentirte comiendo comida basura. Esto lleva \u00fanicamente a que tengas sentimientos de culpa, verg\u00fcenza y arrepentimiento. Lo bueno es que hay forma de acabar con este ciclo.<\/p>\n<p>Estoy en proceso de crear un programa completo de coaching e hipnosis para perder peso que te ayudar\u00e1 a que te decidas por la comida saludable, comas las porciones adecuadas, digas no a la comida basura incluyendo los dulces, y a que hagas ejercicio. Este es solo un peque\u00f1o ejemplo de los diferentes temas en los que estoy trabajando. He ayudado a muchos de mis clientes a perder peso, por lo que ya conozco todos los temas que surgen cuando se quiere adelgazar.
