Desafortunadamente, a veces podemos encontrarnos con los mismos pensamientos negativos una y otra vez. Y dado que tener el mismo tipo de pensamiento repetidamente hace que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para nuestras mentes viajar por el mismo camino, podemos terminar encerr\u00e1ndonos en una jaula de nuestro propio pensamiento negativo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Perm\u00edteme ayudarte a desbloquearte compartiendo contigo mi t\u00e9cnica &quot;Me gusta eso&quot; para condicionar la mente para pensar positivamente. Cada vez que tus ojos capten algo que est\u00e9 de acuerdo contigo, d\u00ed a t\u00ed mismo \u201cMe gusta eso\u201d. Que te guste algo hace que tu mente busque, escoja y elija activamente m\u00e1s de las mismas cosas que te traen felicidad. Esa felicidad luego hace que tu cerebro libere sustancias qu\u00edmicas naturales para sentirse bien que luego elevan tu estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3. Haz esta t\u00e9cnica con frecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>Descubr\u00ed que esta peque\u00f1a t\u00e9cnica simple ha hecho maravillas en mi propia vida. Me sorprendo pensando autom\u00e1ticamente \"Me gusta eso, ooh... me gusta eso\", todo el tiempo. Eso es porque mi mente ha sido programada para buscar lo que me trae alegr\u00eda y felicidad.
