Cuando comes as\u00ed, no est\u00e1s comiendo por hambre. Est\u00e1s comiendo por comodidad porque te hace sentir bien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El problema con esto es que lleva a consumir calor\u00edas en exceso cuando ni siquiera tienes hambre y a volverte dependiente de la comida con el fin de sentirte mejor. Eso no es saludable y solo te prepara para subir de peso. Si ya est\u00e1s listo para terminar con esta situaci\u00f3n, entonces el primer paso es tomar conciencia de las situaciones que tienden a desencadenarlo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una vez que hayas hecho eso, comprende que puedes romper esos viejos patrones. S\u00f3lo se necesita constancia y determinaci\u00f3n.
