Cuando nos adentramos en el expreso emocional, estamos funcionando m\u00e1s con nuestro lado derecho del cerebro, el lado emocional. Necesitamos mover nuestro proceso de pensamiento hacia el lado izquierdo del cerebro, que es el lado l\u00f3gico y racional.<\/p>\n<p>Una manera maravillosa de hacer esto es preguntarse esto: \u00bfme sirve?. La respuesta m\u00e1s probable ser\u00e1: no, lo que obligar\u00e1 al cerebro a poner el freno al tren fuera de control.<\/p>\n<p>En la terapia llamamos a esto un mecanismo de parada.
