Escribir tus objetivos puede tener un gran impacto psicol\u00f3gico en ti. Seg\u00fan la Dra. Gail Matthews, que ense\u00f1a psicolog\u00eda en la Universidad Dominicana de California, \u00a1tienes un 42% m\u00e1s de probabilidades de lograr tus objetivos si los has anotado! Ahora, eso no significa que debas escribirlos una vez y almacenarlos en un caj\u00f3n olvid\u00e1ndote de ellos. Puedo funcionar en un nivel \u00f3ptimo y siento que soy parte del equipo. Soy la persona adecuada para mi nuevo trabajo y me siento feliz. Escribe cosas como quieres que sean solo en tiempo presente.<\/p>\n<p>Paso 3: Cierra los ojos y, con toda tu imaginaci\u00f3n, comienza a imaginarte a ti mismo experimentando lo que quieres que suceda. Si fueras la persona de nuestro ejemplo, te imaginar\u00edas que est\u00e1s en el nuevo trabajo sinti\u00e9ndote genial, siendo productivo, eficiente y encajando perfectamente. Imaginar\u00edas algunos escenarios diferentes e incluso estar\u00edas en diferentes entornos de oficina porque para entrenar tu mente quieres verte como la persona m\u00e1s adecuada para el trabajo, asegur\u00e1ndote tambi\u00e9n de que tu mente se mantiene flexible y abierta a diferentes escenarios.
