Cierra tus ojos\u2026<\/p>\n<p>No soy lo suficientemente bueno, no soy digno, no puedo hacerlo, no funcionar\u00e1, no estoy seguro, soy desafortunado, soy raro,soy demasiado viejo, no soy lo suficientemente guapo, a la gente no le gusto. Esa persona es mejor que yo, las cosas no pueden mejorar, las cosas que quiero son para otras personas, no para m\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora abre los ojos. Observa c\u00f3mo te sentiste. Soy m\u00e1s que suficientemente bueno. Soy digno. Yo puedo hacerlo. Por supuesto que puedo. Puede funcionar porque puedo hacerlo funcionar. Tengo suerte. Estoy bendecido. Soy \u00fanico. Soy mucho m\u00e1s que un n\u00famero. Soy bonita o Soy bonito. Tengo mucho que ofrecer. Soy simp\u00e1tica y adorable. Soy igual a todas las personas. Las cosas pueden mejorar. Merezco las cosas que quiero y necesito.
