Por ejemplo, para ti podr\u00eda ser irte a la cama temprano para que as\u00ed puedas despertarte temprano en la ma\u00f1ana, prepararte un desayuno saludable, tal vez tambi\u00e9n vayas al gimnasio.<\/p>\n<p>Otra cosa en el que podr\u00edas trabajar es hacerlo para que seas m\u00e1s consciente del tiempo. De esta manera, no llegar\u00e1s tarde a los lugares, te sentir\u00e1s molesto y adem\u00e1s tendr\u00e1s que lidiar con personas molestas. Encuentra tres \u00e1reas en tu vida en las que pueda hacer estos cambios y mantenlos todos los d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Este es mi reto para ti esta semana.
