\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 frecuencia te tomas el tiempo de mirar dentro para encontrar tus respuestas?
\nTal vez su respuesta no sea tan a menudo o nunca. E independientemente de tu respuesta, no te estoy juzgando.
\nNuestros d\u00edas modernos tienden a ser continuos. Siempre hay algo que hacer o en alg\u00fan lugar para estar. Es f\u00e1cil quedar atrapado en BS todos los d\u00edas
\nRecientemente mi amigo\u00a0@drtanyareynolds<\/a>\u00a0me invit\u00f3 a hacer una peque\u00f1a escapada espiritual a M\u00e9xico. Fue solo por unos d\u00edas, pero me dio exactamente lo que necesitaba. Incluso despu\u00e9s de regresar, me encontr\u00e9 experimentando momentos de claridad y paz.
\nUna de las cosas interesantes que se me ocurrieron hace dos d\u00edas fue que no me hab\u00eda estado hipnotizando lo suficiente. Aqu\u00ed he estado ayudando a otros a hacer avances y no me he estado cuidando.
\nEso me record\u00f3 algo que mi abuela sol\u00eda se\u00f1alar. Ella dir\u00eda que el dentista tend\u00eda a tener mala dentadura y que el pintor tend\u00eda a tener su propia casa en mal estado y etc.
\nEs f\u00e1cil olvidarse de uno mismo cuando m\u00e1s necesita su propio apoyo.<\/p>\n

Uno de mis nuevos compromisos conmigo mismo es tomarme el tiempo para alimentarme e hipnotizarme regularmente. Es poderoso pero solo si lo haces.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de regresar de mi viaje, tuve un d\u00eda en el que me sent\u00ed totalmente hipnotizado durante una buena parte del d\u00eda. Me refiero a ese sentimiento cuando te sientes en la zona y las cosas se sienten f\u00e1ciles\u2026 cuando tambi\u00e9n experimentas momentos de claridad y sabidur\u00eda.
\nElijo experimentar m\u00e1s de eso por m\u00ed mismo porque s\u00e9 que ah\u00ed es donde est\u00e1 la magia. No es cuando vas sin parar y multitarea.
\nLa magia sucede cuando eres capaz de mirar dentro y conectarte. Ah\u00ed es cuando eres capaz de ser t\u00fa en tu mejor momento.<\/p>\n
