En la mayor\u00eda de las familias, a una edad temprana, se nos ense\u00f1a a preocuparnos por c\u00f3mo nos ver\u00e1 la gente. Por eso, nos acostumbramos a dar siempre lo mejor de nosotros.<\/p>\n

Justo el otro d\u00eda, estaba paseando a mi perro cuando me encontr\u00e9 con alguien a quien no hab\u00eda visto en mucho tiempo. Cuando le pregunt\u00e9 c\u00f3mo estaba, dijo algo como genial. Pero me di cuenta de que estaba lejos de eso. Su energ\u00eda no era lo que normalmente era.<\/p>\n

De la misma manera, lo que la gente publica en las redes sociales no siempre es una imagen real de lo que podr\u00eda estar pasando.<\/p>\n

Lo que ves es solo una fracci\u00f3n de la vida de una persona. Es la versi\u00f3n editada "para tus ojos".<\/p>\n

La realidad es que nadie tiene una vida perfecta.<\/p>\n

Y aunque en la superficie, alguien puede parecer tener la vida perfecta, no se deje enga\u00f1ar por el filtro de las redes sociales. La verdad es que nunca se sabe lo que realmente puede estar pasando.<\/p>\n

Mant\u00e9n tu enfoque en ti y en lo que necesitas hacer por ti mismo y, por \u00faltimo. .<\/p>\n

Recuerda siempre contar tus bendiciones porque siempre hay alguna persona por ah\u00ed, que en este momento desear\u00eda tener tu vida.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
