Aquellos de ustedes que han tenido un padre alcoholico que era abusivo o un padre que era abusivo en general entender\u00e1n c\u00f3mo las cicatrices de nuestra infancia pueden continuar impactando nuestros pensamientos y comportamientos siendo ya adultos. Esto no es solamente una historia de trauma pero de sanacion.<\/p>\n<p>Poco despu\u00e9s de esta historia, mis padres desaparecer\u00edan. Criada como hu\u00e9rfana, no encontrar\u00eda a mi padre hasta los 19. Incluso entonces, no descubrir\u00eda la verdad de lo que hab\u00eda sucedido hasta otros 10 a\u00f1os. Utilic\u00e9 la hipnosis y la hipnoterapia para curarme y superar mi pasado traum\u00e1tico. Ahora puedo decir honestamente que no me persigue.
