How often do you make the time to look within to find your answers?
Maybe your answer is not that often or never. And regardless of your answer, I’m not judging you.
Our modern days tend to be non-stop. There is always something to do or somewhere to be. It’s easy to get caught up in every day B.S.
Recently my buddy @drtanyareynolds invited me to go on a little spiritual getaway to Mexico. It was just for a few days but it gave me exactly what I needed. Even after coming back, I’ve found myself experiencing moments of clarity and peace.
One of the interesting things that came to me two days ago was that I hadn’t been hypnotizing myself enough. Here I’ve been helping others to make breakthroughs and I haven’t been taking care of myself.
That reminded me of something that my grandmother use to point out. She would say that the dentist tended to have bad teeth and that the painter tended to having his own house in disrepair and etc.
It’s easy to forget about yourself when you most need your own support.
One of my new commitments to myself is to take the time to fuel myself and to hypnotize myself on a regular basis. It’s powerful but only if you do it.
After I came back from my trip, I had one day where I felt totally hypnotized for a good chunk of the day. I’m referring to that feeling when you feel in the zone and things feel easy… when you also experience moments of clarity and wisdom.
I choose to experience more of that for myself because I know that that is where the magic is. It’s not when you are going non-stop and multi-tasking.
The magic happens when you are able to look within and connect. That’s when you are able to be you at your best.
I hope that you find this insight valuable. A big hug! Sasha.
