According to researchers at the University College London, it takes around 66 days to form a new habit.
By new habit, I mean that it is something that you automatically do.
Without something becoming part of your natural way of behaving, you can’t count on things being the way you want them to be.
I believe that with hypnotherapy, you can speed up the process but even so, you still need reinforcement.
We humans are complicated creatures.
