A successful testimony from My Weight Loss Program! I’m really happy because one of the women in my beta weight loss group has lost 23 pounds. The fact that she is losing the weight tells me that not only is she healing her metabolism but she’s getting on track to reaching her weight loss goals and keeping the weight off.
It really reminds me that everything is possible. It’s just a matter of knowing exactly what needs to be done and being consistent. That combination is a winning combination that you can apply to every part of your life. When you are able to apply these two skills to whatever you want to achieve in life, everything becomes possible. This is also true when you want to lose weight. You don’t need to constantly diet but you do need to in general need to make sure that the majority of your behaviors are in line with your goals. This way, a splurge here and there won’t detract from your weight loss goals.
