While we all may have never met in person, it’s important to remember that we are all facing the same issues, problems and unknowns.
That’s why it’s a good idea to check in on the people you know as well as the people you know virtually and make sure that they are all ok.
The reality is that in the days to come, some people will not have their basic needs met and some of those people include people who have children.
If you need help, don’t feel ashamed to ask. Everybody needs a helping hand from time to time. There is no shame in that.
Right now is a good time to practice both self-care and caring for others.
In the end, what we have is each other.
