Being In The Zone – The Athletic Mindset

An athlete’s mental mindset is the biggest component in giving a person the ability to achieve and surpass their athletic goals. It’s what separates the pros, who master their athleticism from amateurs.  When you master your mind, you are able to master the game. Watch as Sasha talks to Brandon Boozari about the mental mindset that helps him master gymnastic rings.  From seeing Brandon move, you would never know that this is something new for him.  He has obviously invest the time and energy it takes to move the way he does.

The two talk about the concept of “Being in the zone,” where you are able to automatically do exactly what you wanted to do without even having to think about it.  It just happens naturally and instinctively.
