Just do it. Don’t just think about something and do it. Saying and doing are two very different things but doing is what matters.
If you are continuously thinking about a plan to achieve a goal but you never get your idea or your plan into action, you can fall into simple procrastination. That is the enemy of productivity as it prevents you from taking full advantage of your potential.
The idea is to act focus on creating a strategy and then acting upon it. It’s only by doing this that you stand to reach your goals. Even if you start to notice that something isn’t going as planned, don’t stop. Instead, fine tune your approach until you get it right.
Sometimes the fear of failure stops people dead in their tracks before they even start making headway. Keep in mind that you learn more from failure than from success and that no one has succeeded without having tried it before. The world is full of good intentions, wonderful plans and ideas that have remained only that, unfinished plans. Do not put yourself in a situation where you end up experiencing guilt for not having moved forward with an idea. Instead, be bold and start. The sooner the better.
