Sugar Addiction: It’s Everywhere!. Hey guys, it’s Sasha!. I was at the gym this morning and I overheard the most interesting conversation. There were two girls talking about their weight and getting ready for some kind of bodybuilding contest and one girl tells the other girl that she’s doing really well with her eating but the one thing that she’s having problems with is her sugar intake. So imagine that this girl I’m looking at her and she’s super fit, she has a great shape, obviously everything that she’s doing is working, and here she has this one problem that the majority of women have.
The majority of women, I would say, have issues with with eating too many, too much sugar and eating too many carbs and so it was kind of wild to hear how even somebody who’s that structured and that discipline, it was kind of a feeling of relief like, ah you know what I’m not the only one who’s gone through this, there are others, even women like her, who go through the same stuff.
