Let Go of the Past and You Will Release Your Fears and Anxiety

 

Do you find that the past continues to haunt you in how you presently live your life?  If so, I can empathize with you.  I understand what it’s like to live a life filled with fear and anxiety due to past trauma.  Today is the anniversary of my mother’s disappearance.  Just a few days after she disappeared, my father disappeared.  Just like that.  Both of them were gone without a trace.  Things didn’t get any better after that either.  I had so many bad things happen that I learned to accept the belief that the world was an unsafe place.  Because of it, I operated from a place of constant fear, anxiety and stress.  Those days are gone.

Today, when I look back at the past, I’m not focused on the loss, fear and sadness of the past.  I’m focusing on thinking about how far I’ve come and where I’m going.  I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to let go of whatever traumatic events happened in the past so that you can stop living by default programming.  Stop living based on what somebody did to you or an event that happened or somebody else’s story about you. Understand that all those events have been clouding your vision and holding you back from achieving your greatness. It’s the source of negativity, limiting beliefs in your life and it stops you from living the life you want to live.

Do whatever you need to do to process the past and then let go of it, not for anybody else, but for you.  Because you deserve better.  The only thing that matters is now.  The only thing that matters is living the story that you now create for for yourself.  It’s all up to you.
