Low Self-Worth and A Lack of Self-Love or the Whole Thing
At some point or another, every one of us is going to experience an emotional state that we don’t care for. Some will clear with time and others might just get worse. Low self-esteem and a lack of self-love are the issues that most people commonly put on the back burner since it’s so much easier to do that than to really deal with them. That’s an easy thing to do considering that we all have plenty of things going on in our day to day lives and it’s easy to distract ourselves. The problem is that topics such as low self-worth and a lack of self-love are issues that never really go away unless you work on them. Instead, they persist quietly and if anything can get worse. And in the end, they always find their way into whatever part of your life is most important to you and make it so that you experience low self-confidence, find yourself making bad decisions, over analyzing everything that is said and done and in general, not living the kind of life that you could totally be living.
For all these reasons, if you are suffering from these issues, you want to take total responsibility for yourself and begin to work on them. And while hypnotherapy, mindfulness and coaching is my world, I want to make sure that I say that you need to do whatever feels right to you to make it so that you heal and find yourself in a better place. If that means doing one particular thing or a few, then do it. The next key component is that you follow through. Not following through is a sign of a lack of commitment on your part and can only end in failure so don’t let that be an option. That’s the biggest trap you could fall into so be sure to hold yourself accountable and start holding yourself to a higher standard of self-care. Do these things and you will find yourself much more confident and empowered.
