Know Yourself and Know Your Truth

I often hear clients tell me that they are upset and out of sorts because of something that somebody said.
People often hold onto comments even decades after they were said. In some cases, the person who said them has long died and yet the person, who was the object of that negative energy, is still living their life based on limiting beliefs that had nothing to do with reality. . .
Except that now their minds have made them their reality.
That’s why it’s really important that you have those boundaries and not take on other people’s irrational baggage.
Remember that what you think is what matters most. People with issues will always see issues in other people. They are just a projection of what they have going on.
Know yourself and know your truth.
