This text message is a good example of the kind of progress that I want to see in my clients. My work isn’t a magic bullet but it is an effective way of progressively reaching goals.
My goal is that every client one day look back and be amazed at how far they’ve come.
Out of all the myriad of topics that I work on, anything having to do with eating and weight loss is always the most complicated. It takes reinforcement and fine tuning.
And within the category of eating issues, nighttime eating and anxiety eating are common requests. As you can see, that’s what my client and I are working on.
The good thing is that in the same way that your mind learned a pattern, it can unlearn it and learn a new pattern.
