A big component to that has always been anticipatory anxiety: Feeling that something bad is going to happen.
These kind of intrusive thoughts can make a person live in a world of fear where they are constantly stopping themselves from living because they fear that something bad is going to happen.
Realistically speaking, the majority of all negative and scary stuff that you think of, will never happen.
That’s why it’s important that you start taking control of your thoughts instead of letting those thoughts take control of you.
Thoughts will only have the importance and priority that you give them.
That’s why it’s important that you only focus on the kind of thoughts that are going to support your happiness and success, not stuff that only sabotages you.
